Run this on every visit. Tick items off, then log the walk so there's a dated record of when it was done.

  • ${CHK}Reset empty baysOpen settings โ†’ enter code 0000 โ†’ restart. Leave each empty bay on the home screen.
  • ${CHK}Screens onTap each screen to wake any that are sleeping. Make sure all screens are on before you leave.
  • ${CHK}Damage & sim errorsreport nowReport any damage or simulator errors to the Site Lead (Anoop) immediately.
  • ${CHK}Ballsswap oftenKeep 3 good balls in bays 2 & 3, and 4 balls in bays 1 & 2. Pull scuffed ones and refill from stock.
  • ${CHK}TeesReplace any broken or missing tees.
  • ${CHK}Mats & floorsCheck hitting mats for wear; sweep / tidy debris around each bay.
  • ${CHK}CountersQuick wipe down / spot check.
  • ${CHK}Espresso machineEmpty grounds, wipe, top off water/beans. Descale if light is on.
  • ${CHK}BathroomsCheck and basic clean. Replace supplies if out, and replace napkins if out.
  • ${CHK}Chairs & furnitureReturn chairs, tables, and furniture to their correct positions.
  • ${CHK}TrashEmpty bins and take bags to the dumpster at the rear of the building.
Do not update the machines. Leave the Full Swing software on its current version โ€” never run software updates. The only thing you should ever do at a bay is reset it with code 0000.

    Routine on-site work, emergencies, and membership closing. Your main point of contact for anything physical at the facility. WhatsApp is preferred.

    Electrician, HVAC, plumber, sim tech. Use the trusted-member backup or TaskRabbit if the primary can't come.

    ? Quick fixes

    Common issues and the first thing to try.

    A A bay screen is frozen or acting up
    Open settings, enter code 0000, and restart the bay. Give it a minute to come back to the home screen. If it won't recover, mark the bay out of service and notify the Site Lead.
    B A member can't get in the front door
    Ask to see their booking to confirm they have a reservation, and check their keyfob/access is active. If it's after public hours, route them to ReceptionHQ for a remote unlock. Don't prop the door open.
    C Espresso machine error light
    Check water and beans first. Then take a cloth and wipe to clean inside the spout โ€” buildup there is a common cause. If a descale light is on, run the descale cycle. Still stuck โ†’ note it and tell the Site Lead so it gets serviced.
    D Out of balls, tees, or supplies
    Refill from the storage room (key in the lockbox). If stock is low, flag it to the Site Lead so it gets reordered.
    E Power, water leak, or anything unsafe
    If it's dangerous, get people clear and call 911. If the power is off for any reason, reach out to us right away at the emergency number โ€” Anoop, +1 650 464 4670. For non-urgent electrical/HVAC, the Site Lead arranges the trades bench.
